Accelerating Business-wide Transformation

This practical workshop exercise helps organizations identify and prioritize decarbonization actions, in order to accelerate business transformation to net zero.

Forming part of Transform to Net Zero’s Masterclass at The Hub Live at Climate Week NYC, ‘Accelerating business-wide transformation to achieve net zero’, this hands-on exercise involves taking the highest-impact climate solutions from EDF’s Net Zero Action Accelerator and categorizing them by the following categories in order to make a transformation plan:

• Prioritize – Actions with high emissions reduction and easy internal buy-in
• Build case – Actions with high emissions reduction and difficult internal buy-in
• Plan for later – Actions with low emissions reduction and easy internal buy-in
• Wait – Actions with low emissions reduction and difficult internal buy-in
